SPOTLIGHT SCHOOL

Roosevelt has been honored by the state as a “Spotlight” School and given an award for “Academic Improvement” for our scores last year. Our ISAT scores were very good from last year, and we worked very hard to make AYP again. A Special Thanks to the staff and students for a job well done.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR

 Registration events will take place in the school gym as follows:

    ·           All Middle students will have registration on August 18th and 19th from 7:30 -   3:30, and August 20th from 12:00 - 7:00 p.m.
    ·          All Primary students will have registration on August 20, 2009 from 2:00-7:00 p.m.

1.  CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATES (Not hospital document)
     You may get them from the Peoria County Courthouse or Peoria Health Dept.

2.  SOCIAL SECDURITY CARD

3.  PHYSICAL AND UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORD
